Health and Dental Insurance
YohnCo offers a group health and dental insurance program to all full-time employees the first month after completing 60 days full-time employment. Full-time employees who continue coverage during the winter lay-off months will be eligible for immediate coverage upon return to work in the spring and will not have to satisfy the 60 days waiting period upon return to work.
YohnCo offers all employees the opportunity to participate in the Company’s 401K Plan. Employees become eligible if at the end of your first twelve month of employment with the Company, you have been credited with at least 1,000 Hours of Service. The Company will make a matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of your compensation. The 401k matching contribution is 100% vested.
